During the accessories design exhibition at F.I.T I came across Ms. Kwak’s designs and I was immediately impressed. Ahyoung’s thesis collection has alluring gothic and warrior elements but is done like no one else in the fashion world. Kwak’s Force bootie lights up and is one of the unique convertible pieces in the collection. She also took home the first place prize in the handbags category during the Next Generation Awards show. With designs like these I am sure that Ahyoung Kwak will be a household name in the near future.
