When designing his collection for Fall Mr. Wyatt took inspiration from Hollywood’s film noir period. David used high heels and platforms just like the actresses in these films would wear to convey a sense of sensuality and allure. The rich colors used are influenced by the deep claret and rich burgundy of fine wines with a touch of sparkling champagne imbibed by the star of his film, Mrs. Scarlet.
