Ruthie Davis Pre-Fall'10

This is the Vamp Heel from Ruthie’s upcoming Fall Collection. The heel made its debut during Dennis Basso’s 2010 Fall N.Y show and is a cross between a pump and bootie with a red patent leather upper plus a 5″ heel. Fall cannot come soon enough after seeing this heel.
